Ceramic Sauna Heater Heats up faster and stays there longer
If you've been researching saunas for any length of time then no doubt you've heard of infrared saunas. They're the latest technology in the industry, and powering many of those infrared saunas is a ceramic sauna heater. One of the downfalls of some conventional wet or dry electric sauna heaters is they take a long time to get up to temperature, and use a lot of energy doing so. Ceramic heaters run at a lower temperature, using less energy, and get to temperature faster then almost every heater available on the market. Why wouldn't you want to consider a ceramic sauna heater.
How do Ceramic Sauna Heaters Work?
Ceramic heaters produce energy the same as the sun does, less the harmful UV rays that can damage our skin with prolonged exposure. The FAR infrared waves that are emitted from a ceramic sauna heater warm the our skins surface, but doesn't heat up all the air in between. It's a very smart use of this technology, as the same waves also penetrate below the skins surface helping to release toxins from cells and organs, as well as stimulate our cardiovascular system. All this and the heater produces a very low electromagnetic field that poses no health issues at all.
Ceramic sauna heaters are dry, or at least all infrared heaters would be. Unlike a steam room or wet sauna there is less chance of bacteria growing in the sauna, often times particular strains of bacteria thrive in the moist environment. With the dry heat of a ceramic heater the issue never arises, not to mention the heat is a more healthy and efficient way to warm a sauna room.
Should you Buy one?
If you're considering a home sauna, there are several reasons to opt towards the ceramic sauna heater over an electric or propane sauna heater. Of course the first being cost to operate. Running an electric unit can become expensive depending on the number of hours a week you enjoy your sauna. Not to mention the probability of requiring a repair or replacement is higher with other types of sauna heaters over a ceramic heater. The average life of a ceramic sauna heater is approximately 10000 hours. Meaning you'll likely never replace the unit after your purchase it.
Because the heat is dry that it produces there are less issues you need to watch for when designing or installing your sauna room or area in the home. No moisture is going to leak out and possibly damage other areas. All these benefits and it's healthy for you, haven't you already made up your mind. Get a ceramic sauna heater, you and your body deserve it. You'll be glad you did. |
