Pre cut sauna kits are just that, a kit that includes all materials needed for sauna building all precut and read to assemble. The pre cut notation saves money on shipping if you purchase your home sauna from a dealer that isn't local, but it does take some time to assemble. You should be some what handy if you're going to be building a far infrared sauna at home from a pre cut kit.
Modular and Prefab Infrared Sauna Kits
I guess we could call a prefab sauna kit the lazy persons way to building an infrared sauna at home. Rather then all the materials coming shipped to your door to assembly like a pre cut kit, a prefab kit has all the walls already assembled so it only requires you to piece it together. It's quite a bit less work and many prefab infrared saunas can be assembled in a half hour.
